My UX Design Process
Empathize
The design process begins by understanding project requirements and the problem to solve. This is done through user interviews, data analysis, and competitive research, helping to identify key insights that inform design decisions and ensure the solution addresses real user needs.
Define
User personas, goals, and customer journeys are defined through real-world user stories. This stage helps shape a clear and actionable roadmap for the user experience, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on the user’s needs and the business objectives.
Ideate
This phase centers around generating ideas through user flows and low-fidelity wireframes, running collaborative ideation workshops with cross-functional teams. The goal is to identify key moments and refine solutions. Design, product, and development teams work closely to assess feasibility, align on priorities, and challenge each other’s assumptions. Industry trends and emerging technologies are considered to ensure the solution remains innovative and future-proof. This phase includes setting clear expectations for timelines and deliverables to ensure progress is made efficiently and within the project scope.
Prototype
Prototypes are created to explore potential solutions. Early collaboration with development teams ensures technical feasibility is addressed, while the user experience remains the priority. This step helps validate design concepts and uncover any technical constraints that may impact the final product.
Test
Usability testing is conducted with real users to gather actionable feedback. The goal is to identify patterns, pain points, and areas for improvement, ensuring that the design aligns with user needs and expectations while refining it based on real-world interaction.
Implement
High-fidelity designs are delivered in accordance with the product’s branding guidelines and design system. Detailed specifications are provided, and regular check-ins with development teams ensure proper execution and alignment with the vision and requirements.
Learn
Once launched, behavioral data and user feedback are collected to evaluate the product’s effectiveness. This helps uncover areas of success as well as opportunities for future improvements, with a focus on achieving business goals and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Iterate
The product is refined continuously based on user insights, evolving to better align with user needs and business objectives. This iterative process ensures that the design remains relevant and effective, responding to both user feedback and market trends.

- Oracle Customer Experience (CX) - Led a major product revamp for Oracle’s B2B Commerce Cloud, focusing on adopting a new design system.
